To Victims of Spousal Violence

 In 2001,the Act on the Prevention of Spousal Violence and  The Protection of Victims was enacted to protect victims of spousal violence in Japan. The Act was amended for the first time in 2004,and again in 2007 in order to further reinforce its provisions.
